*Qualifying agents only. To qualify, agents must have closed four or more transactions in the past twelve months. It is the agent’s responsibility to provide MLS proof of transactions in their name. Accepted forms of proof include MLS printouts, Closing Disclosures, and ALTA statements. Documentation must show the agent’s name and closing dates. Leases and referral transactions do not count toward total closed transactions. Former Fathom agents are eligible for this promotion if it has been more than 60 days since they were last with Fathom Realty.
