Geary County Home Sales Fell in November
Total home sales in Geary County fell last month to 38 units, compared to 45 units in November 2024. Total sales volume was $8.3 million, down from a year earlier.
The median sale price in November was $215,000, up from $194,000 a year earlier. Homes that sold in November were typically on the market for 43 days and sold for 99.7% of their list prices.
Geary County Active Listings Up at End of November
The total number of active listings in Geary County at the end of November was 120 units, up from 88 at the same point in 2024. This represents a 2.7 months' supply of
homes available for sale. The median list price of homes on the market at the end of November was $219,900. During November, a total of 34 contracts were written up
from 31 in November 2024. At the end of the month, there were 50 contracts still pending.
