Geary County Home Sales Rose in October
Total home sales in Geary County rose by 8.9% last month to 49 units, compared to 45 units in October 2024. Total sales volume was $9.8 million, up 5.7% from a year earlier. The median sale price in October was $200,000, down from $215,000 a year earlier. Homes that sold in October were typically on the market for 50 days and sold for 100.0% of their list prices.
Geary County Active Listings Up at End of October
The total number of active listings in Geary County at the end of October was 107 units, up from 95 at the same point in 2024. This represents a 2.4 months' supply of homes
available for sale. The median list price of homes on the market at the end of October was $259,000. During October, a total of 43 contracts were written up from 40 in October 2024. At the end of the month, there were 60 contracts still pending.
